These terms apply to every purchase made from HADUR Fine Men's Clothing ("HADUR", "we") through this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

We sell two white dress shirts, the Camicia (100% bamboo) and the Raffinato (cotton with stretch). Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Orders shipped to the United States are export sales and carry no Canadian GST/HST. We may correct an error in a listed price before an order ships; if we do, you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified, and we will refund any amount already charged.

Shipping

We ship from Thornhill, Ontario to addresses in Canada and the United States. Rates and options are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Duties or import fees on orders to the United States, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn shirts in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.

Showroom

Visits to our Thornhill showroom are by appointment only.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
